Infegy Atlas vs CleverX: Which is a better fit?

It has been a wonderful tool for not only helping better understand our current clients' audiences and industries, but also in pitching new business. We are a much savvier team because of it.

The main issue I've had with the software is that for our team it was difficult to overcome the initial barrier to get trained and really start using it.

The product is fairly intuitive and if we had any questions, our client success lead was happy to hop on a call and help work through any questions we had.

Insights provided are limited from the channel standpoint, in other words, data/insights are skewed to Twitter while results from other channels are quite low.

The customer service is fantastic and the team is eager and knowledgeable to help us set up our dashboards in ways that empower our work. It's a powerful tool that can seem overwhelming at times.

It's integration of TikTok seems really limited.

Not only are the features of Atlast easy to use, but their support team is incredible. They are responsive, knowledgable and wonderful to work with.

I don´t like when they show the post but when I enter it does not appear.

I love the ease with which I can set up and respond to a survey. The process is very seamless and makes it quick to get reliable results.

Bad customer service and has a lot of technical issues.

CleverX is an intelligent, integrated research platform with great interface and supported by professionals.

The pay is very minimum. They don't submit payment fast enough and it's not a lot to begin with.

Great experience, really expanded our ability to engage and draw meaningful insights.

Lack of features on the site and not enough non-survey opportunities.
