Insightrix Communities platform is ideal for brands, agencies, government, corporate researchers, and research agencies.
It has been a wonderful tool for not only helping better understand our current clients' audiences and industries, but also in pitching new business. We are a much savvier team because of it.
The main issue I've had with the software is that for our team it was difficult to overcome the initial barrier to get trained and really start using it.
The product is fairly intuitive and if we had any questions, our client success lead was happy to hop on a call and help work through any questions we had.
Insights provided are limited from the channel standpoint, in other words, data/insights are skewed to Twitter while results from other channels are quite low.
The customer service is fantastic and the team is eager and knowledgeable to help us set up our dashboards in ways that empower our work. It's a powerful tool that can seem overwhelming at times.
It's integration of TikTok seems really limited.
Not only are the features of Atlast easy to use, but their support team is incredible. They are responsive, knowledgable and wonderful to work with.
