It has been a wonderful tool for not only helping better understand our current clients' audiences and industries, but also in pitching new business. We are a much savvier team because of it.
The main issue I've had with the software is that for our team it was difficult to overcome the initial barrier to get trained and really start using it.
The product is fairly intuitive and if we had any questions, our client success lead was happy to hop on a call and help work through any questions we had.
Insights provided are limited from the channel standpoint, in other words, data/insights are skewed to Twitter while results from other channels are quite low.

It's integration of TikTok seems really limited.

It doesn't have location setups where you can send bases on location so that was disappointing.
The software is very easy to use and great for people who want to create a quick and good looking press release. The software formats it for you.
I did find the sidebar on the left was a bit cluttered and made it difficult to understand.
I like how in less than 5 minutes I can have a press release done for my client. I love the reports that are easy to just forward on to the client.
I guess the only negative I have is that it isn’t a brand name, I don’t actually mind.

Newswire gives us the ability to review current clients as well as potential clients to get a great overview on where the client is and where the client is looking to go in the future, thus preparing us for any future conversations we would be having with these clients. I like Newswire because their articles are always up to date, and in the future, they will always do updates to those articles as well as excellent commentary by the Newswire staff. What I think can be improved by Newswire is more in-depth questioning of the individuals who are being interviewed for that particular article. I think it would be a little bit more beneficial to individuals like myself.
