iSpring Suite is excellent for L&D professionals, novice and experienced eLearning developers, and both freelance and corporate instructional designers.
Over 2,300 companies–from teams as small as ten to organizations as large as 500,000–choose 360Learning to upskill from within to deliver better learning at work.
We have received outstanding feedback from learners, saying that this course had very much improved since our last version (before purchasing iSpring).
For instance just a while ago, I experienced a frustrating moment where my quiz and interaction just went missing or rather had a broken link.
Absolutely wonderful from day one. Products are easy to use, high quality, and convenient and the employees at iSpring are helpful, professional, and kind.
Plays up at times and work is lost when the program stops responding.
But the ispring support is quick and friendly. It is better to have a simpler product with great support, than a very big product without support.
The badly needed question would be one, where I can have picture in the background and place any windows in the foreground to be filled in (eg to simulate working over of a form or graph ore formula.
After many years I came back to use iSpring Suite and the improvement was incredible. The ability to use PowerPoint as the base and then build content in an integrated way is simply brilliant.
I struggled uploading for hours because it was defaulted to that tab and i did not realize that I had to switch to iSpring Space.
We were happy with how quick you can create course content and reliably share with a big number of participants without a glitch. Overall very competitive in it's class from what we have used.
The missing features are integrated gamification scenarios that we could offer to more young audience.
The support staff are responsive and Andrea, the Customer Success Director, has kept in contact throughout all stages of implementation to ensure a successful company launch.
I don't see any problems that weren't easily solved on the platform.
Nice ergonomics, playful and easy to use for learners and administrators, always improving and good customer service.
Going through all this the instructional designers were in high demand so we had to improvise.
The 360Learning team has been great to work with, and very helpful throughout the implementation process. They provide various channels to obtain support, on top of the already intuitive features.
The addition of quizzes or exercises can sometimes be limited depending on our needs.
Rick K.: I'm Rick, and I am Training and Systems Manager for a company that provides staffing for the hospitality industry. I give iSpring Suite five stars. For more reviews, click below. Prior to using iSpring Suite, the only way that we delivered electronic documents or materials was through our HR program. The issue that led us to look at a learning management system and a content creator like iSpring Suite was expanding our delivery options, especially in light of lack of face-to-face delivery methods. Researched a number of LMSs, and the very first thing I looked at was the mobile functionality. Many of our users, many of our employees would be accessing the content via a mobile device. So I looked at reviews, and iSpring Suite had the highest reviews hands down for the mobile platform. From day one, when I had a sample, which was actually full access to the material, their customer service, customer support folks were excellent in helping any type of setup issues that I needed. Once we went ahead and purchased the product, getting set up was as easy as a few clicks and I was ready to go. There's a couple of things to consider. Number one is the content creator is PowerPoint based. So if that is something that you're familiar with, using PowerPoint, it's an excellent interface. That said, if you want to use something a little bit perhaps more advanced or more robust, that might not be the best way you want to create content. Secondly, the LMS that I use was for a small company, so even though there were tools to be able to onboard large numbers of employees, I never used those tools. I did it all by hand, and that worked quite well, but I would definitely recommend checking out how you could bring in large numbers of folks into the LMS.
