Maintenance Connection vs MPulse: Which is a better fit?

Notifications, and reporting help make great decisions on what's important. Accurate and easy to understand information help organize and direct the people that perform the work.

Random bugs that have in the past caused loss of actual hours to work orders. The only way to recall the data was an entire data base roll back, which would cause even more harm to our system.

I love the Purchase Order and Asset products. I use the P.O. section everyday, and I love how easy it is to find an old P.O. or print out the backup for that P.O.

It can get confusing to navigate through and is slightly unclear.

On top of that, I like the numerous customizations supported by them for almost every department we have.

Tablet program is awkward and very limited use when used on its own.

Great program, very useful with helping us maintain our equipment, certification, PM and asset management.

I have tried to work with their support to get these holes fixed, but to no avail. Also, since Accruent took over, they no longer allow month by month use.

The vendor is easy to get a hold of and is friendly and helpful. The product is easy to use and allows a simple and effective way of entering facilities requests placed by our customers.

Then it was no longer be supported so we moved up to the 7.0 and hate it.

MPulse is the software that we chose to help get our house in order and it has proven to be a very good decision. This software offers the best balance of features vs price.

There are still some things that happen with the software that we don't understand. That may be ignorance on our part.

Because of their help, the MPulse software has successfully remained at DISH and we continue to find new ways to use it to benefit our business.

It is sometimes too slow for the impatient staff members.

From the top down they have gone out of their way when any issues have risen. From Steve and Randy to Todd and Gary, they've been awesome.

Cons - somewhat confusing because there are so many features/options but we don't use the software to the full extent, expensive since we don't use all the features.
