Unable to change the label of "volunteer. The word sometimes confusing the students that are using the system.
They are eager to share development ideas with current customers and I feel like I have a say in how the system is enhanced. I feel like our ideas on how to use the system are listened to as well.

The ability to get notifications when volunteers put in their hours is very useful. The product is user friendly and it is quick to sign up and get logged in.
The only inconvenient part is that there is no way to see the sum of all volunteering hours, you ave to add them up yourself.
I have made a suggestion and seen it implemented in the same week. Because of this, the system is great... and getting better all the time.
I wish that I could see the notes for each entry without having to go in as "edit." There may be a way to do this that I haven't figured out - but so far it is my most frustrating aspect.
