It was super easy to set up and use, and it wasn't long before I was convinced that this was the software for my studio. I have nothing but praise for the customer service at Tula.
I have NEVER waited more than half a day for a response to any query or problem, and usually they get back to me much sooner than that.
We also appreciate the opportunity to give suggestions about features we'd like to see, and the continual upgrades to the system that are actually helpful and easy to learn.
Real service offered by real humans generally in real time. Recently I've noticed that their chat with customer service function has (sadly) gone away.
And I love that they listen to what studio owners want - I recommended a couple of things to them to improve the software and sure enough about 2 months later it was implemented.
No big fees, no having to change your website or how you choose to run your business. Did I mention you have direct and non stop access to the programer/developer and other staff.
It helps small studios like myself ease the challenge of the business end of things. I do love the fact that it was built with small studios in mind.
In fact, I find it difficult to offer any "cons" to my review. However, when using the calendar, I find it challenging that I can't see the entire current month.
For everyone involved... the teachers love it, the clients love and admin (me) loves it. We are 100% more effective on all levels because of the big picture we get from this platform.
There were some additional capabilities around automated messaging and retail that was part of the previous software we used that I miss.
In the few months we have been using Walla, they have implemented many of our requests—it just keeps getting better every day. I feel supported, respected, and championed by the team at Walla.

We have greater reliability and transparency than we ever did with Mindbody. The support, R&D and senior management of Walla are highly responsive, friendly and knowledgable about their fields.
Class pass integration was rough but we got it, I don't like that it's hard to keep up on new hidden features, if it wasn't for Athena I would have been pretty lost.
This is first and foremost important to us. The reporting is unbelievably amazing and one of my favorite features.
There are a few things that are missing BUT the Walla team listens. At any time I can email or call and someone responds immediately to a question.
