The whole experience has been really good - the team are always helpful if we have any queries etc., and the system is really good and easy to use.
Sometimes I am quite confused with the multiple options.
Very good, the team at Cezanne are always super helpful and open and transparent if there platform doesn't do some functionality which I think is always better.
Sometimes there's the lack of scheduling notification through emails to users.
It is fine, customer support is pretty good and can be very helpful especially when you are learning the system.
There is no training required for the employee as it is very menu driven.
Compared to other systems I used this has the great advantage of a fair price for a good product, thus even the limits you face are ...fair.
We have recently switched to using Cezanne On Demand as our HR software.
We have had a wonderful experience with Alliance. The transition from ADP was easy because of their knowledgeable implementation team.
It was a lot of hit and miss. In the end our system is working properly, but the frustration was there and the feeling that we made a mistake was overwhelming.

Customer Service is sometimes hard to receive a prompt answer from.
We have received the best support from our Customer Service representatives. They are knowledgeable, and quick to help with any questions or issues that we may have.
Most customer service people specialize in one area only which also causes problems. I did have people giving me training that didn't even know how to work certain areas which was also frustrating.
I like that Alliance is very user friendly. It is easy to use once you learn it and it is very easy to get reports created to compute the data that you need.
It's not the hardest thing in the world, but this request was sprung on us toward the end of implementation & this would be incredibly overwhelming for the technologically disinclined.
