The whole experience has been really good - the team are always helpful if we have any queries etc., and the system is really good and easy to use.
Sometimes there's the lack of scheduling notification through emails to users.
We have worked with Cezanne for a number of years and are impressed with their customer service and dedication to improve and constantly evolve their product.
There is no training required for the employee as it is very menu driven.
It is fine, customer support is pretty good and can be very helpful especially when you are learning the system.
We have recently switched to using Cezanne On Demand as our HR software.
The online portal has a nice clean design, that is easy to navigate and use. The functionality is very good without being over complicated at all.
Not allowing closing off of past periods, not allowing some form of prevention on negative leave balance.
It's super easy to use (both as an administrator and as a user), and the value:cost ratio is fantastic.
Team members would email request off and they would get lost. We never had visibility of balances and who else is off at the same time.
Great, the customer service is great and the price is fair for the basic and effective product.
Harder to change leave entries after the fact.
The ability to synch to our own calendars and the way the approval process works is great. We also like the fact it easily manages what's left.
A lot of clicking to get to detail for employees - i.e. needs a one page view summary. Could use a leave cash out request form.
