Cezanne HR vs Planleave: Which is a better fit?

Compared to other systems I used this has the great advantage of a fair price for a good product, thus even the limits you face are ...fair.

Sometimes I am quite confused with the multiple options.

The whole experience has been really good - the team are always helpful if we have any queries etc., and the system is really good and easy to use.

Sometimes there's the lack of scheduling notification through emails to users.

We have worked with Cezanne for a number of years and are impressed with their customer service and dedication to improve and constantly evolve their product.

There is no training required for the employee as it is very menu driven.

It is fine, customer support is pretty good and can be very helpful especially when you are learning the system.

We have recently switched to using Cezanne On Demand as our HR software.

Planleave is a good choice for HR process. I had a great experience with it and I strongly recommend Planleave.

I don't have any feature that I dislike about this platform at all.

I like the effective communication feature. It helps me pass important information across to employees with ease.

Absolutely no feature I dislike in planleave software.

Virtual assistant

It allows HR to have a clear record of employee attendance and also helps individuals to be more accountable. It is easy to navigate and they provide good features as well as good customer support.

One drawback on this system is user able to book leave for past date which is major bug on this site.

I love that I can request for a leave from the comfort of my phone thanks to planleave.

I haven't found anything yet that's caused a problem, but if I was to be pedantic I guess I'd say that I don't like that there are certain leave types that you can't remove.
