The bots take care of these simple, repetitive tasks, and the staff only has to look at the statistics and results. Pros Automation Anywhere is the software I consider secure and inviolable. It uses AES-256 encryption for data at rest and the essential SSL/TLS for communications. We handle sensitive information in the clinic, so we have to shield all patient data and medical records. Role-based access control is essential for me to work with my team and for each person to work at the security level that corresponds to them. This way, we avoid information leaks or security breaches. Bots sometimes fail, but they are indeed reliable allies that automate some tasks we have to do. Cons The price is high for small companies, and depending on the sector, it may be difficult for them to take advantage of the investment. The implementation was more complex than I thought, but it was worth it. Setting up the environments and training my team took me several weeks.
