Its easy to use, intuitive, and robust; support is excellent, the company is responsive, and constantly improving the software.
This means loss of revenue for the practice. The reminder system is also very redundant and I have had numerous patient complaints over it.
The online training was great and timely (we fit the sessions within a month and this gave me time to spare for going online in time for October 2012). Customer service has also been wonderful.

They overcharged me by thousands of dollars, acknowledged this, then refused to pay me back because I was not continuing service with them. Unbelievably poor customer service and ethics.
The on boarding team treats you like family and is vested in the growth of your practice from the get go. The platform is constantly improving and add customization and partnerships.
Lack of functional app for the i phone. We can access it on our phone but it is extremely cumbersome to use.
Overall, Remedly is fantastic for medical spas. Not all spas are created equal so the ability to customize has been outstanding.
This is confusing for patients to know exactly how much an item cost before tax.
The customer service is like no other, they are always responsive, listen and take into consideration what we as a practice suggest. Beyond happy with the exceptional customer service.
However, once they pay, the receipt, which is separate from the invoice does not include the same breakdown of details.
