Tableau empowers people throughout the organization to easily ask and answer questions of their data with intuitive, AI-powered tools to make better business decisions every day.
Also, the help section is pretty comprehensive, requiring minimal customer service support. If I do need to contact them, they've always been both helpful and responsive within a day.
One small mistake in order of operations can result in significant error in the master map.
It is a great product at a fair price. It is more powerful and easier to use than MapPoint.
Initially the website seemed very busy and a bit confusing.
Extremely cost effective. Thank you MBO, you are a definite asset in growing our business with our partners and clients.
The fact that I often have to rearrange the callout's orientation in order to avoid overlapping and or covering other data when I close and reopen the map. The map only keeps one rout on the map.
The software is easy to use and I love the ability to share a password-protected map with anyone, even those without a license.
Sometimes the data that I input will lag, however once it is fully updated the features work as expected.
I enjoy using Tableau and recommend it over other data visualization tools due to the flexibility and the beautiful visualizations that can be made with it.
Large files takes a while to load and sometimes it will crash which is inconvenient. Since there is no auto-save function, you can lose your work if it crashes.
I have nothing but praise for the product. The support, stability, and quality of visualizations are all great.
However, support is terrible for this product and some of the versions are released with a few bugs. We will likely continue to this but it is imperfect.
Overall, Tableau is a fantastic program for getting automated reports created, published, and off your plate. The visuals are amazing and the subscriptions and alert system are my absolute favorite.
Statement: the old invoice needs to be paid. So although we have a written confirmation, that the invoice is cancelled, tableau didn't cancel and now we have no money and no license.
Good software with multiple interesting features and the ability to create attractive dashboards.
The Error messaging is ambiguous sometimes. There is also limited crosstabs which I don't like.
Owen W.: I'm Owen. I'm a data analyst. I give MapBusinessOnline a four out of five. And for more ratings, click below. So before MapBusinessOnline, we didn't have a good mapping software. We were basically just using Google and Google Maps. And MapBusinessOnline was very good for putting our accounts into a map and looking at it graphically. We chose MapBusinessOnline because it seemed easy to use and implement. And it wasn't extremely expensive. MapBusinessOnline was very easy to get started. It's very intuitive. You can get started basically by just having a spreadsheet of your accounts and uploading the addresses. I recommend that, I guess, MapBusinessOnline works for a company that already has a list of their accounts, and they want to look at it graphically and put in various types of information into it. If they have that clear accounts with addresses and clean data, then, I think, works very well.
Raju R.: Good morning, Raju, Digital Ops Manager in Walmart. I give Tableau four out of five. Business problem plus, compare the metrics between its department and to the overall market. The most thing I like about Tableau is the highlighted part, I like most. The performance with the higher value come to the top and the lower performance come to the bottom with the highlighted things. That is the must I like. And another thing, it is easy to change between the tabs. That's what I liked. It loaded very slow. And when I tried to run some report, it keeps loading, loading, loading, and I have to close, and turn in again. That's the part I don't like.
