Bidtracer vs RedTeam Flex: Which is a better fit?

The cost is outstanding, the O&M creation tool is a great time saver, it has bidding and project management modules, tracking tools are great and creates pay applications really easy.

The interface itself is quite ugly and very dated looking. No software should be this difficult to figure out how to use and navigate.

Its pretty good software to monitor the bids and a great asset to us.

Some time loading gets problem at our end due to computer stuck. Invoice creating is one the module need to look.

Customer service is outstanding. We have seen the product develop based on some issues specific to our usage.

The interface is clunky, unorganized, and over-saturated with information. It is extremely difficult to navigate, and not intuitive at all.

It has a very nice centralized platform that helps to keep all aspects of a project bid in a neat, cohesive bundle.

Takes some time getting used too. But worth the effort, Attaching email can be a problem posting to the wrong project if you did not close out of the previous email - in other words.

The ease of use of the program and the help that is supplied when working in the program and the willingness to upgrade the program.

A simple distraction can cause a mistake while drudging through the unnecessary 6 steps to submit for approval. If I make a mistake, I have to edit and basically start all over.

Integrate all Project managment and control is been great for the company here. It's easy access for all users and it's great to have it link with que accounting software.

It's still missing some equipment features. There is no way to have inventory of materials, all the purchases are when it's cost for the project.

Great option for multiple access multiple locations, good for construction daily works. All paperwork generates good forms.

I was told I could cancel at any time. They failed to mention you have to pay a 'restock' fee in order to get out of a contract.

Red Team is also fairly responsive to help requests, more so than most other platforms. The training video library is very helpful, one of the most comprehensive on the market.

Sometimes the browser runs slow which is probably due to my computer so no real dislikes for the software.
