The backend aspect are confusing. Integrating it with your site is virtually impossible.
Uberflip makes it easy to write and post articles and make changes in real-time. I love that Uberflip offers helpful tips, and the analytics make it helpful to see which posts are performing and how.
This and some other aspects also make it a bit difficult to teach newbies how to work with and takes time to get used to.
We have been successful with both of those, and I have been particularly impressed with the quality and flexibility of ActiveDEMAND's support team.
Sometimes it is difficult to talk to support through chat, ie. Trying to explain the problem, process etc.
Overall I have been very pleased with the platform. The chat function is very helpful and I almost always get an immediate response and help resolving the issues that I have.
Then you pay for something but there are several things that are not told, you are requested to pay other fees that nobody told at the beginning. My feeling is I waste lot of time, effort and money.
Active Demand is some pretty great software for a lot of our clients. We consider it an important part of our analytics stack to help our customers understand and grow their business.
Additionally, there are a ton of meaningless data entries now gumming up the running history in my CRM so that it's near impossible for me to find my last meeting notes.
All of the functionality and the ability to build custom work-flows/campaigns. There are pre-built templates that have been very helpful and the support staff has been amazing.
In the actual delivery there was actually no real content or working items.

When we started using Uberflip, we were looking for a solution for flipbook magazines that people could access online. We looked at things like issue. We looked at things like mass. We looked at things like digital apps to try to find a solution that was cost-effective and provided the types of features that we wanted to share our content with. Some of the reasons why we chose Uberflip had to do with the features that were offered for the price point and the cost, and also the ability to archive issues, the ability to read them later, and the various functionalities that Uberflip offered. Also, really easy to use, easy to upload our content, and had a really nice, fresh, and clear look from a user experience. We've found Uberflip easy to use and too easy to onboard. It's easy to figure out how to upload content onto it. And we had a pretty easy time sending it out to people who wanted to be able to read our flip books online and want it to be able to read our content online. We found it to be a pretty seamless integration into our business. Some of the things that I've really appreciated about Uberflip is who they are as a company and how they focus on going the extra mile, helping you onboard, helping you with any questions that you have, and just allowing you to put your work out there in the world. I found that reaching out to them with questions was something that helped our integration be a little bit more seamless, a little easier, and just found that not just counting on them and just uploading and forgetting about it, but really looking at them as a partner, really reaching out to them, answering questions, asking questions, and having them answer questions along the way was something that I found really helpful, and I would encourage you to do as well.
