Businesses of all sizes across the world trust Freshdesk to provide remarkable customer service.
From small businesses working from home, to large corporations providing IT support to employees, we have a solution to suit the needs of any business.
Freshdesk is an effective channel for providing great customer services. It helps me managing multiple stores and providing responsive services to my clients.
This means that tickets sometimes get lost, and following a ticket doesn't support me much. Also, tickets can get lost when transferred to another team.
Happy, good support and account management and good value for money compared to other services in the market.
The amount of standard features missing from a standard inbox are really disappointing - such things as being able to send to multiple recipients, saving drafts and the search function.
Applications/Addons are great for customizing. Integrations with other products are fantastic.
See: https://freshdesk.com/helpdesk-features for the real breakdown. Freshdesk has no links to that page, and you'll only get it if you ask about a missing feature in their support portal.
What a good platform that helps solve work problems in addition to concluding agreements, with the ability to collect all important messages, which makes it easy.
Tools is really inefficient and their automation tools are built by people with very little CSX experience. Everything needs to be hacked somehow.
It feels very streamline and functions exactly as you want remote software to function. The ability to save sessions is also a nice feature and it works well across our network.
This is rated as highly dangerous software for its lack of security. For that reason, it is usually blocked by default by most firewalls worth their salt.
This is a perfect powerful tool for instantly remote access, in the company i work we use a lot of Thin Clients in shop floor and the most easy way to remote control them is using VNC.
The only pain is that I must leave my work computers on at all times to make sure they will connect. There may be something to remotely turn on my computer but nothing with VNC connect.
Another part that I really like about this product is the large number of multiple connections that it allows me to make, ensuring thus a better performance when giving remote support.
There is no catalouge of services. You either buy a licence or not.
VNC Connect is a reliable way to access your computer remotely. While the program is solid in it's own right, we were drawn to this product because of its affordability compared to TeamViewer.
There is no options just to buy remote access licence permanently which i find anoying.
Kayla B.: Hi, my name's Kayla. I am a communication coach, and I work for a small team of seven people, and I would rate Freshdesk a five out of five. Before Freshdesk, we were using a manual just emailing system to get back for customer support to our clients, and we moved to Freshdesk to streamline that customer service process. Freshdesk felt like a pretty obvious solution after hiring some people on the team to work specifically in customer support, and for them it was the obvious solution. They showed it to us, it seemed like a good price, good bang for our buck, and we went with it and it worked great. Freshdesk was super easy to integrate into the system. We had someone that was specialized in customer support to help train us on how to use all the best parts of the software, and it was super easy to just start to delegate certain tasks to the people who had the best knowledge to work on those tickets. And yeah, it was a pretty seamless integration process for our company. If you and your team are considering Freshdesk, then I would recommend just trying a free trial for a little bit with your team. See how easy it is, very simple to use, especially for people who are not very good at tech, which was my case in particular, but I still had to help with customer service from time to time. So do a free trial, see how it works for your team and integrate it if it feels good.
Josh: Hi, I'm Josh. I'm a web designer. I would give VNC Connect a five out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. Our company was trying to find a way during COVID to have some of our employees work from home. This was at another company I had worked for, and we just found that through our own server and trying to connect straight to the computer through a couple different ways, just didn't work. We were going to use Windows option, and it was not working well. This was recommended to us, and it worked extremely well and was a great buy for the price. We could actually use it all the time to connect to our computers from our home computers. We had a couple reasons why we chose VNC Connect. The first reason was that it was recommended to us by our person who works on our server. Then, the second reason was the price. It was a great price for the year. Then, the third reason it seemed to do everything we needed to. We could easily connect more than one computer to the account and all our employees could get onto their correct computer without being able to get onto other computers, except for the admin was able to do that. So, it checked all the boxes we needed. The ease of use for VNC Connect and getting it set up was amazingly easy. I had used it with that company I was with and when I was no longer with that company, I still use it with the other company or my own company that I do web design with. It's extremely easy to get connected, and it rarely ever fails unless the computer's off or something like that. I can always get onto my computer and get right going as soon as I need it from even my phone or my different computer. Even if you're not a business owner or something, it's amazing to be able to have something for such a good deal for a yearly price that can get you connected to your computer from offsite, somewhere else. Even for just you're getting to it from your phone, you can print from it from different computers. It's super nice to have the ability to see stuff on your computer, whether that's different files you needed to look at or something that's strictly on your computer without terrible lag. But, you can still get to it and be able to see anything you need and work on your computer just as if it's right in front of you, even on your phone, which makes it amazing. I, at this point, wouldn't use anything else.
