Patagonia Health vs MDnet EHR: Which is a better fit?

We just got out of the training stage and the individual that they had training us did a wonderful job and made the few days of training a lot of fun and made it easy to understand.

It can be difficult to fix a error. There tends to need to be multiple people to complete a simple mistake.

I can really appreciate the ease of documentation with the Patagonia EHR. For the most part, I am pleased with the system.

This has caused a lot of disgruntled and angry patients in additional to creating more work for everyone.

Overall we've had a great experience with Patagonia Health from day 1. They are very responsive to tickets, apply frequent updates, and have had great communication over the years.

This is somewhat frustrating when I have clients waiting.

Very responsive company to deal with. Perfect for a Public Health agency that is small in size and does not have full time staff dedicated to monitor and work with EHR.

The lag time and sometimes the error messages.

I am usually blamed for the reasons that the software does not work at the moment I am not able to access the prescriptions so my patients are suffering, it is unacceptable.

I dislike the billing of Enable Healthcare EHR.

The EMR is user friendly and the support staff houses highly competent and professional members to handle administrative matters. Highly recommend their service.
