ClinicTracker vs DELPHI32: Which is a better fit?

Clinic Tracker software is easy to use and user friendly. There are training videos and manuals readily available to help as well as robust initial trainings to help programs get started.

The Diagnostic Assessment, Crisis Plan and Treatment plan are useless in their current state. You of course, can pay them to customize it.

Good organization, easy navigation, clarity, customizable, good customer support services, training videos and readings.

But they have terrible documentation. Most of the time the documentation does not explain what something does, or how to use it.

Additionally, we were positively surprised with overall functionality of ClinicTracker software, with the amount of useful features any healthcare facility should absolutely love.

Last week I had client's cut off mid-session because of that problem & it isn't fixed yet. Their Tier one tech support is almost useless, and only accessible through the portal.

ClinicTracker support was there for us, took care of all our needs, and made sure we were ready to launch on time. I'm impressed with their commitment to quality and customer care.

We needed other products to turn to and fast or we would have lost our family business.

The service is excellent. The best part is that DELPHI is always evolving, and the owner there to help you himself.

The thing I have had the most trouble with is understanding how to do advances. I don't know if it's because the operation isn't as simple as it could be, or if my brain just can't grasp the concept.

Will is always there and very patient in helping with questions. So nice that you get to try it out for free before you buy in so that you know exactly what you are buying.

And it has good technical support, It is a robust application. It has good trial version you can evaluate software and use it I just learning it is easy to learn.

Customer service was poor in terms of response time and knowledge of the product, troubleshooting.

I also purchased A+ Delphi and not only has Will been helpful, he is funny. It is very user- friendly and is hip with the current requirements of the insurance companies.

It can be difficult to make adjustments in both billing and scheduling areas.
