No features or aspects at this stage that I think I need.
Since we are still reliant on peoples approval being sealed by a squiggly version of your name, Secured Signing has the perfect solution.
It was a bit hard to use initially and took some time to figure out.
Not many other e-sign solutions on the market have this feature. Very happy to have found SS - this saved us so much time, very pleased.
No Comments to make at this time. Still getting familiar with everything.
Grant: Hi, my name's Grant. I'm a financial advisor. I give Secure Signing a four out of five and for more reviews like this, click below. In considering secure and signing, I also looked at DocuSign, DigiSigner. Those were on subscription basis and let's be honest, DocuSign was just way too expensive. So, it's just not really feasible to go down the route of picking those ones that are just going to cost way too much to deliver exactly the same thing. All right, so things I really liked about Secured Signing is that it charges you on a per document basis. So, if you don't need to be turning over heaps of documents, you just need it every now and again, it is a perfect solution for that. Another really cool feature that I found it had that was lacking in others is video verification when you get the person to sign it. So, it's just that extra layer of security that I found they have versus some of the others. Functionality wise, it's also really easy to use, really easy to insert signatures, to do follow-ups and all that sort of stuff. It does all the essentials beautifully. So, when you get started with Secured Signing, it's really easy to use, just like a lot of the others. It's a really simple, straightforward process to upload a document, select what features you want in terms of signature, date, whatever else it is, entering the details of the person you're sending it to, and then downloading. Everything's in a really simple, straightforward user interface. It's really simple and easy to use. Even if you don't go through any tutorials, you'll figure it out because all the buttons just make sense. If you're considering using Secured Signing, a few tips I would have, if you're not using digital signature solutions often, Secured Signing is the perfect solution purely because you're going on a per document basis with the charging. There are other options that aren't super expensive with the subscription. I went with SignNow, which is $8 US a month if you pay annually. It's perfect, it's unlimited documents, and if you want to pay a lot more, but you need say the data integration with third party software, that's where you're going to need the big dogs like DocuSign where you want to have say a document done and then it feeds through into your CRM. Your cheaper ones probably aren't going to do that so well as the big ones, so it really just depends on what you need.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
