QT9 ERP vs VisualCron: Which is a better fit?

Amazing, the support that is received in unmatched. Our service rep [sensitive content hidden] does an amazing job an is available almost immediately.

It's our own companies fault we haven't maximized the potential of the software due to lack of staffing.

We have seen improved efficiencies in our operations with the work flow features it provides. Our employees are pleased at the superior features and how user friendly it is.

I always found that annoying because I think that is something that can easily be switched.

I am mostly in sales and I like the ability to put together quotes for customers and also to search closed orders to help in my sales efforts. QT9 is very easy for me to work with.

I have heard about the benefits specifically of using the QT9 for ISO applications and how QT9 has been an incredible time saver. For me and sales, it has been a great program.

Ease of configuration, Ease of DEVOPS integration, flexibility of features, Wonderful Product Support.

Servers can crash anytime i should have option to deactivate it in one server and move to another server.

Their average/fastest in our experience is anywhere between 5-25 minutes. That is outstanding and impressive, and it shows that they understand the concept of time=money.

Forcing to buy the Support plan even to move the license from 1 server another server is just pathetic.

Their outstanding, speedy customer support is also something that is an awesome experience for us. We've not once been disappointed with their support yet, going at 4+ years with VisualCron.

Because of this we are going to stop using this product and switch to some other product.

Their extensive logging-functions where you can chose pretty much how much you want to log, how long you want it saved, how detailed you want it and more.

The number new bugs/problems that it has. It also has some missing functions but the team is going to cover and implement them progressively.
