HiringThing is wonderful. It allows me to keep everything in the cloud. I can access it from anywhere. My applicants apply digitally. I now use no paper, and have access to the history of them wherever I am. I chose HiringThing because it looked simple and easy to use. There was great customer support. When I called to find out about it, they walked me through it. Whereas other companies were not nearly as user-friendly and just doing the leg work, and they're very economical. HiringThing was very easy. It was easy to set up. It's easy to put up jobs, and whenever I have a problem, their staff, their technical support is always accessible and always helps me. I've recommended it to lots of friends. It allows you to run a search business or to be the human resource department at your company very easily with almost no upfront costs and gives you access to all the data you need about your applicants. And it allows you to keep everything without any paper. And you can have search committees have access to all the information just by putting their name in HiringThing and they can access it themselves. You don't have to send them anything or download anything for them. So it's extraordinarily user-friendly and I've worked with, I usually work with search committees. I've worked with hundreds of them, and I haven't had any complaints by people who have had to learn how to use it very quickly.
