Dakota ProActivity EHS Software vs SafetyQube: Which is a better fit?

Fantastic tool for ease of tracking safety incidents and categorizing efficiently.

Recently their has been a problem with cookies that results in an "Out of present range" error and this needs to be corrected.

Over all I find the ProActivity Suite to be a great product and have recommended it to many colleagues.

The error results in the inability to save updates and is particularly disturbing to the end user.

The audit questions can be customized and are frequently updated. The help desk is excellent.

As a system administrator it also creates more work having to show the user how to correct the problem, only to see it re-occur.

We love that we can track audits and non-conformances together within the software. We also like the calendar option to set up monthly reminders for our sites.

That said, if I use the software frequently this is not a concern. The software does tell me when a word is misspelled, but offers no correction.

Great to work with such a fantastic team, who really understand the manufacturing environment, the need to be efficient, intuitive and most importantly responsive this platform delivers.

The constant emails of minor issues which are drowning out all of my other emails. There is also no way to know how severe each one is until you read it.

We recently implemented SafetyQube into our workplace, and we are thrilled with the results. This software has proven to be a game-changer in terms of enhancing our overall safety protocols.

One of the frustrating parts I found with the audit template is during signing off and the system shows that I haven’t completed everything.

Easy of use, very user friendly and has great customer service when needed. The app is great to use.

The risk assessment module is a bit clunky but they have told me they will be rolling out a new risk assessment module in the coming weeks.

SafetyQube is very user friendly and has a very modern feel, this has made it easy to roll out to the whole of the business. The auditing feature is good and has saved us a lot of time.

I have no major negatives to say, maybe only being available in Engish could be a slight con.
