We use them for I-9 verification, compliance forms, and other tax documents. Additionally we have that information sent to ADP and since our last meeting with their support team, all of the functionality is working.

Pros

They offered some time saving features and ADP integration. The price point is good for a small non-profit organization.

Cons

Customer service was disjointed and delayed. In the end my needs were met, but it was a long journey. The UI still needs some adjusting for ease of use and onboarding took longer than i would have liked.

Good experience, it was very easy to use and the candidate profile were great to access which helped when screening

I will recommend, it has great value of Money and it helped improve the recruitment process, candidate interview process especially when scheduling interview

Cons

Customer support was a bit laid back and theh were sometimes difficult to access but otherwise it's a great HRIS

A generally positive experience, as it streamlined many core HR processes, particularly for managing employee data and tracking performance metrics effectively.

Pros

The user interface was intuitive. The system improved efficiency in tracking employee attendance and leave requests, making HR management smoother.

Cons

Integration with existing payroll systems was initially challenging. The outdated and redundant fields made navigation difficult at times.

I would not recommend this service. Follow up has been very bad. Over 2 weeks and still waiting for the system to get fixed.

The home screen makes it easy to navigate. Reports are fantastic for auditing. The EmpTrust team made the transition from our previous vendor very simple.

You have to switch to a different page to view the everify piece.

Customer service is phenomenal and they are always ready to help.

Pros

The customer service and ability to customize as needed for business changes is great.

Cons

There is a learning curve to this platform. It's not the easiest to get familiar with. Visually, it is hard to get comfortable with and a bit challenging to understand what functions do what things. Integration with other applications are also limited.

My implementation specialist has been the best. The onboarding process is very fast for the employees and the ESR screening is very fast as well.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to initiate the onboarding process. I also love the automation of the workflows. We are still working on kinks, but after this is set up entirely it will be great!

Cons

It has been a real challenge to set up.

Pros

It took us quite some time but we were able to customize a lot, however, not as much as we would like. The system doesn't allow for some forms to be uploaded or to have fields customized.

Cons

Issues with importing new hires into our payroll system, resulting in delays with payroll. Customer service is slow and fixes don't always work so a great deal of back and forth.

The only bad thing about it is the third party notary agents taking long time to finish part two of the form otherwise it is an excellent software. Definitely needs improvements on the third party part.

Pros

The software is so easy to use and even if there is any problems their customer support is excellent. The agent that I have worked with she replies each and every email and phone call if I ever had a question.

Cons

The only bad thing about this software is their third party notary agents. As per IRS i9 forms should be done within 3 days but that is never the case it is always late. The new employee fills out the form on the first day but the notary agents take forever to give them appointments for the 2nd part of the form.
