Easy to interact, nice dashboard, excellent department overview, and the best part is the smiles after they receive inspire points.
I never see the products/brands I'm looking for and opt instead for gift/prepaid cards. Prepaid cards would be my go-to, except the available amounts are very inconvenient.
It is very nice that employees at a certain level or below in the org chart are able to receive points with their kudos.
Some countries and external co-workers are not included and hence no platform to recognize these colleagues and teammates; at least in my company.
It is an excellent way to reward good working behavior and to encourage positive performance in the workplace. Software is easy to use also.
Pfizer gives us a cut off which can be frustrating but that isn't reflective on Workhuman so much as it is Pfizer.
The ability to create surveys and push them out with ease is outstanding. My grandmother could use it.
It was very hard for me to find the kudoboard option on the main website. I had to go through Google.
It was a great option for us to be able to appreciate and honor our staff for an underutilized appreciation day. It was easy for folks to fill out, easy to set up and create, and it was well loved.
The only downside is that as a startup new features have come out quickly.
The recipient was very happy to receive the gift and was able to print it out. Wrenly offered most of the core functionality that one might need for free, so it was a great choice for a gift.
I do think some of the costs were a bit much for some casual useage. Some lower quicker cost options would probably drive up useage for temporary or trail experiences.
The leadership loves seeing how the team is doing, the connections made by recognizing each other and the value we can show how we appreciate them.
The settings & navigation of the settings can cause quite a bit of confusion. Sometimes it can be difficult to find certain things or remember where things are within all the options of the system.
