I love the ease of use for people of all different technical abilities. It is easy to pass down from person to person as volunteers change, and their help desk is incredible.
When we were forced to migrate to this new platform from the company we used to use (company buy out) - we were SHOCKED at how horrible the new system was.

There is not a way to "merge" the two accounts. We have to select one account, manually update it to reflect the payment on the other account and "cancel" the duplicate member account.
There are many wonderful things about Civic Champs. The greatest feature is providing volunteers with the opportunity to enter a reflection at the end of their shifts.
Some volunteers have trouble setting up the app on their cells.
The support team is AMAZING and quick to resolve any issues. They listen to their customers and implement feedback to constantly improve their product.
There is no "bulk add" feature for volunteers to add themselves to recurring, weekly shifts all year round.
Working with Civic Champs has been a wonderful experience. From professional hands-on support to rebuilding parts of the software to best suit our organization's needs.
Some volunteers are older and only have a home phone and no accessible email. OPTIONS has put procedures in place to continue paper documentation if the situation arises.
With nearly 300 active volunteers we are able to provide an easy and all user friendly platform that keeps our volunteers engaged and active with the rescue.
