A best fit for Retail & Apparel, Manufacturing & Construction, as well as select Healthcare (Senior Living, Assisted Living, Rehab)
We started out staffing firm in 2016 and Zoho is very affordable and offers a great product. They have an account staff that reaches out daily and it's easy to schedule a support call when needed.
No LinkedIn Integration. Whilst there is a lot of customisation, some pointless elements are hard baked in which menas it's unlikerly you could get it working just how you want it to.
Great, the product is very useful, and from all options we tested it was the most easy one, and also with great features as the timeline option.
Mobile app is weak and fail sometimes. Feature limitations in mobile app.
This platform is Heaven compared to that, on top of being visually appealing, easy to add information and the unlimited amount of tools that can be added on to strengthen your process even more.
The problem of outsourcing, recruiting, tracking and onboarding is now a walk in the park.
I was able to get an extension on the trial so I had a free month free but the price is perfect for small business owners. This is super easy to use.
As I mentioned before in my reviews, overall the customer service of Zoho lack quality. The design of the software seems a bit weak and old-fashioned in comparison with the other tools.
I love some of the tools to help thin down applicants especially on the higher up positions. Give great options that help to narrow down candidates and speed up finding the right one.
Just a couple of things that all the software's have a issue with that is the lagging problem and at times after update a bit difficult to understand it.
It helps me to close many entry-level and mid-level positions. It really has a fantastic dashboard with an impressive UI.
The second issue I've had that does not seem to have a fix is the inability to sort candidates by the last date their online profile was updated.
It is a good platform to source quality resumes and job postings. It has great filters that work well and provide good results.
Quite honestly though, there isn't a whole lot of negative in the use of this software.
It helps me lot to get the Best Suitable candidate here in very much short period. It is very easy to filter the candidate as there are many tools.
Some resumes I find are out of date or the employee is no longer in search of a job.
Faliscia: My name is Faliscia. I am a business owner. I give Zoho Recruit five stars. If you have any questions, click below. Before I actually used Zoho Recruit, I was using Resume Library. Great customer service. However, because they only utilized minimal job boards, they didn't use a lot of the popular job boards, I didn't feel I was getting as many leads as I needed. Zoho Recruit allowed me to actually gain more leads. So as I recruited, I saw more leads come in daily. With Resume Library, I'd be lucky to get maybe one or two recruits a day, or leads, I should say. So that is the reason why ... one of the main reasons why I chose to go with Zoho Recruit. The reason for my rating for Zoho Recruit. Probably a couple of years back, I thought a little differently, but they have definitely stepped their game up a little more than before. I like the fact that they have a new interface. It's clear to see visually. The resolution is nicer. They have a lot more options. They've added a marketplace where you can advertise your job board or your job listings. Their customer service has definitely stepped up a hundred percent. It's 24 hours now. That's probably the biggest thing that I can say. They are there for you 24 hours. I can call them anytime of the day or night and ask questions, get a walkthrough, whatever I need, to work in the system. That is my review for why I chose Zoho Recruit. Customer service is very important to me. Zoho Recruit to get started is very simple. What was very nice about them is they offer a free trial. A very nice thing about them is you don't have to add a credit card to their startups. So you could go in, request a free trial, just put your name and your email address in their signup form, and you could immediately start using their services. They will send you an email that will allow you to get started with some of their training. And if you have issues, you can give them a call and they will help you, even though you're on a free trial. The recommendation that I have for anyone who's interested in using Zoho Recruit is to utilize the free trial. You need to make sure that you could get it. They offer a lot. Their platform is very, very robust. So they offer a lot. So you want to go through each module. Don't get it confused. Zoho has a lot to offer. They have a CRM. They have many components to their company, period. But on the recruiting side, you want to just go through the modules one by one to make sure that you can operate them seamlessly. Definitely test out their customer service. See what you think about it. Do a little research. Look at their reviews, of course. And then you can make a conscious decision if you want to utilize their services.
Blair: Hi, my name is Blair and I am a Director of Recruiting at a national search firm. I would give CareerBuilder a two out of five stars, and for more reviews like this, please click below. So in our search, we pretty much left every stone unturned. We considered CareerBuilder along with Indeed, ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn. One of the main reasons that we chose to use CareerBuilder is because it allowed us to tap into several different markets and levels of candidates, meaning both at the hourly more general labor level as well as mid-level salary and some executives. One of the main reasons we chose and continue to choose to use CareerBuilder is the fact that it allows us to access multiple levels of candidates, meaning both at the hourly level, as well as salaried degree employees. Our business model is to target several different segments of employees and CareerBuilder was a good option to allow us to do that. So the actual initial setup of CareerBuilder was very easy. They do have a very good support and customer service team was very responsive. However, everything from there has been quite challenging. The search functions within CareerBuilder are certainly not as user friendly as most of the other platforms that we also utilize. So myself, as a leader within our company, it has been very challenging to train both experienced and new recruiters in using CareerBuilder. So when considering whether or not you'd like to use CareerBuilder, the two main things I would recommend considering or formalizing ahead of time would be your volume as well as the skill level of your recruiting team. So in terms of volume, think about how many resumes are you going to want to access? And are you sharing that pool of resumes with a team? One of the biggest cons about CareerBuilder in my opinion, is the limit to how many resumes are able to see. It's typically about 500 per month. And if you're sharing that with a team, you can go through those 500 very quickly. The other factor again, would be the experience level of your recruiting team. The search functions within CareerBuilder are not very user friendly, even for an experienced recruiter like myself. I often find it quite challenging and stumble my way through it. So those are the two main things. Again, the capabilities and experience of your team and the volume of resumes that you're hoping to access.
