McNear Agency Services needed a recruiting platform that could help us establish a more organized and scalable hiring process, and Zoho Recruit has provided many of the tools we need. We have been able to create and manage job openings, screen applicants, organize candidate information, and develop a more structured recruitment workflow. As our company continues expanding and pursuing new opportunities, having a centralized recruiting system is increasingly valuable. We are still exploring some of the platform's capabilities, but so far Zoho Recruit has been a useful addition to our HR and recruiting operations. Pros Zoho Recruit has made it much easier for McNear Agency Services to organize and manage our recruiting process in one place. We especially like the ability to create job openings, customize application and screening questions, manage candidates, and track applicants throughout the hiring process. The platform is user-friendly and provides a professional structure that works well as our company continues to grow. Cons interface not as intuitive as I'd like, and the initial integration/verification process was slow. But once setup, worked great. I gladly recommend them for our first ever ATS. It's one of the lowest cost on the market with great value for what is offered. Easy to use with recruiting platforms. Easy to add and search for candidates and forward them to hiring managers. I love that it is simple and AI wizard features. Cons I do not see the feature to move hired candidates over to our HRIS therefore we would have to manually enter new hire information on our platform. On top of that, I've noticed that loading information — whether it's candidate profiles, search results, or reports — can be noticeably slow at times.
