accessplanit vs Traliant: Which is a better fit?

It is reliable and flexible and does what we need it to. A huge improvement on spreadsheets, which is what we relied on before.

There are some areas of the system in which it is not as intuitive to use (i.e. there is the odd double-click to select an item when most of the functionality comes from right-clicks).

We are nearing the end of our implementation which has been great, the team are amazing and helpful.

There are some features missing from the functionality that we need for our process to run smoothly.

They have been flexible when we needed it and have been 100% responsive. I am looking forward to getting to know the system better and improve our companies processes as a result.

Don't know if it's specific to us, but the lack of centre's being able to set up a booker as a customer delegate.

Overall they are a fantastic company to work with and we are grateful to have found a platform that consolidated four previous platforms into one.

I haven't been using it for that long; and I'm not an administrator, so I can't provide any constructive criticism on the features.

Easy to launch and very engaging. I love the ability to track completion and easy roll-out.

I think the software is a little confusing in its presentation.

I like the ease of implementation, and the video content was specific to my needs. It was just the right information from which to build additional content matter and exercises.

I really don't like the look and feel of the platform. It feels very archaic and out of date in this day and age.

The customer service has been helpful. It's been a good experience overall.

Very customer friendly and our representative gives updates on courses available. We really enjoy the Traliant Spark courses.
