We love the ability to take notes on people as we pastor and lead them, the group functions are great, and the forms and reporting functions are awesome. We highly recommend Elvanto all the time.

Emails to notify that donations have been received are sent only once per day. These emails contain no details whatsoever how much was given, how many donations were received, etc.
Josh: My name is Josh. I'm a pastor, and I give Elvanto a five. Please click here for more reviews. Before Elvanto, our church was using Church Community Builder, or better known as CCB. We switched over to Elvanto because Elvanto allowed us to do more customization on profiles. It allowed us to run different types of reports, and it gave us more features within our organization. I chose Elvanto because another church here in New York was using it. We were a new church at the time, only two years old, and we were using Church Community Builder because it was what our denomination recommended. But once had a church here that was local that could contextualize it for us, then we switched over based on their recommendation and how they were using it. It does take a little bit of time to get used to. You do have to migrate your profiles from our previous system, CCB, to Elvanto. And because they're different platforms, CCBs standard profiles for your members and Elvanto's standard profiles for your members are very different. So it does take a decent amount of time to learn the platform, customize your profiles, and then migrate your profiles. And you do migrate them through a CSV, but it does take a little bit of time to get used to. I would just ask, what is it that your current system is missing that can help you pastor your people better. For us, we wanted more in depth reports. We wanted to see, hey, is there someone that's come recently that's fallen through the cracks. And we felt that Elvanto could help us shepherd and lead our people better. So I think that's the question to ask is what is your current platform missing that can help you pastor people better.
