Speed and reliability of results is the most stunning result from this software.
Error recovery is a bit harsh. If you encounter an error, the module shuts down and you need to start over.
I really like the menu-driven format. In this age of programs like "R", it is really nice to be able to do some processes without programming.
Statistix limits the ability to perform ANOVA with uneven group sizes. In addition, error messages sometimes not clear and identifying the error for repair can be tricky.
Great program for someone without the best math background or just someone looking to have data analyzed in a quick and easy way.
There is very little that I dislike about Statistix when using it for data exploration.
The assistance i get for basic statistics is enourmous and its user friendly features makes it very easy to use even for starters. I am also impressed by the speed at which it executes a task.
The only time I couldn't use Statistix for a publishable analysis was when I had a two-factor, repeated-measures design with unequal sample sizes per treatment (because of plant mortality).
And secondly the ease of use and operation, which is spearheaded by superb training upfront and by ongoing support which is second to none.
Some complicated features of charts or how it’s so slow. Each command takes some time to load - this is the worst drawback of displayr.
I like the variety of analytical tools and the ability to use R code. Finally, I appreciate how responsive and knowledgeable the customer support team is.
But when i showed the problem to customer service, they either showed me another approach, or sent the bug to IT to fix (which they actually did).
It’s interactive, if you understand it once - it can be used in a very useful manner. Customer care is supportive so much.
Sometimes, there are weird things we have to do to display things how we want.
Clients love our reports and find them easy to read and interpret. It's been a huge help in making this practice a success.
I have discovered a few feature bugs that caused problems with my dashboards.
Nathan W.: Hi. My name is Nathan. I am a chief solutions officer. I give Displayr a five out of five star review, and for more reviews like this, click the link below. We had been looking for some type of dashboarding software for market research in the past and had considered Tableau, PowerBI, and we had also used and continue to use Q Software. None of these could really provide the type of analysis that we needed to do survey research, so we ended up picking Displayr for that reason. So, we chose Displayr for a couple of reasons. The first one is we were already a little bit familiar with how it works due to using Q Research Software, but the primary reason is the absolute power that it gives us over our data sets. We're able to run just about any type of analysis that we prefer. This includes hierarchical base, turf analysis, latent class analysis, regressions. It also offers some really nice data visualization tools and a lot of customizability. So now, we can provide our clients with a dashboard that's being updated in real time and give them the opportunity to dive into their data, run different pieces of analysis on their own, and get the results that they're looking for. If there's one complaint that I would have about Displayr, it is that it has a very steep learning curve. They have a very good job walking you through how to set things up, I believe you get about three hours of time that we go through, but there is a lot of stuff to learn. You need to learn JavaScript if you don't know it, you need to learn some R code if you don't know it. But once you get those things even a little bit under control, it's very easy to continue going and building and building and building. If you're considering using Displayr for your business, I would recommend trying it. They offer a free trial. I actually use that to screen employees, is I have them create stuff using the free trial in Displayr. Watch a couple of videos, and take a small data set and just see what you can do with it and see if it's something that you are able to get used to. As I said earlier, once you get past that initial learning curve, I think you'll find it to be a very powerful tool.
