The design of the user interface is very clean and intuitive. The fact that your sales pipeline is very visual, helps you get a better understanding of the opportunities that sit within it.
I dislike the possibility of the the technology chosen by the Sales Manager to cumbersome for sales reps.
The support team has been excellent, and their marketing team does a great job of promoting helpful content as far as sales best practices and use of their product.
The soft ware can be hindering by the online attack this may led to the product fails to reach the customers on time.

Open the profile "Add Candidate" and then boom straight into our Salesforce ATS. It was setup from our admin for ease of use, but once the fields we're established this thing is a beauty.

With Salesbolt, it's making for us easier to upload the contact details of new leads into Salesforce. So what we were doing before, we were manually adding them by copying and pasting the phone number and email address to Salesforce. And that was taking a long time, and it was frustrating our SDRs. And now, with Salesbolt, it's just an integration in Chrome that enables us to automatically allocate all the information directly in Salesforce, saving us a lot of time. For me, the most important thing is that it's just integrated, like in Google Chrome. You don't have to download the software or anything like that. It's always available, always in your browser, basically. And you just click on the icon and it automatically pops up, and it already knows exactly what you want to do. So it already suggests, okay, which content you want to add to Salesforce? And you just select the one you like and just click transfer to Salesforce. Done. And so it's very easy, very intuitive. I don't have to open an app or do anything like that. It's all in the same window, I can just do everything I like. The only thing that I would say probably could be improved is the user interface. The popups window that comes in the browser. I mean, nothing wrong with it because it works and it does the job, but it feels a bit outdated and a bit old. And that gives you the feeling that sometimes you're not really using a top-notch technology. So not in terms of how it works, again, just the way it looks. And yeah, for me, that's something that could be improved.
