Also a fast response time :) Cons I think it's our software (Talentlink) that could marry up with Tazio better as there are times when we can't access Tazio because the link is missing on our own system, so we can't mark the person unless we login to admin on Tazio. Some of the errors we have learnt about though and have managed to prevent happening again.
