Jo at Tazio is fantastic, she is a real asset and deals with an queries promptly. Its relatively easy to use and its good that as an admin am I able to reset questions for the candidates.
Once you publish a project you cannot amend (you have to duplicate and republish). Currently heavily using Flash which is becoming unsupported by Chrome in Dec 2020.

Constant log in problems with candidates/assessors. Constant bugs with downloading reports.
Very good software, easy to follow and understand. Each drop down is very quick and helpful.
It is also not widely known about these until you speak to the customer service team so external candidates/assessors/colleagues think the system is broken.

Navigation was very confusing. It was difficult to find some of the functionality I was looking for, so ultimately I just limited myself to the few tasks I knew how to complete in the platform.
The Avature is best and solid CRM software or platform and the following things that I like most are. Easy to use dashboard even beginner can understand easily.
That I can not configure everything. And the queue time to complete a project is very inconvenient.
I love the Avature ATS and recommend it to everyone. It's not user friendly and our implementation manager has been the absolute best.
Lack of QA from the Avature implementation team. Changes being pushed that are not well managed with users.
Their all features are awesome and gave best service in return of their subscription plans.
Lack of a home button and building an expression within a custom report is not always the easiest.
