I feel as though they are vested in our success. There support is awesome and they are always looking to improve.

The repricer that it claims to have is garbage as well, it is not a algorithmic repricer and will loose you money.

The software has all of the functionality that I need to manage my multi-channel marketplaces. The Zentail support team is super responsive and a pleasure to work with.

BE WARNED If they fail to deliver on your onboarding goals, you will not be released from the contract.

The success dashboard is a great tool to help manage products on all the websites. The Analytics tool is great to see what products are hot and what are not, what is making money and what is not.

At this point I had already disconnected Zentail from all of my channels and hoped to mitigate losses by cancelling the 1k per month Zentail subscription.

I am very impressed not only with the ease of use but the ease of getting up and running.

This software is crap when it comes to purchase orders, shipping, and just about everything else you would use it for.

It has overall proved to be a comprehensive solution for our e-commerce businesses helping us to streamline our order fulfillment and inventory management processes.

Be careful friends these guys are not at all professional and cheat. They will not tell you few things and when you will know, your money will be lost.

Uniware is the best and economical solution for all the E-Commerce sellers. They have a very good Support team which provides us with the best solution whenever required.

We have already lost our initial 2000 rs and even after escalating to seniors in this organization, they did not do anything even no response came.

Overall it is good easy to use and time saving and helping for improving productivity.

Unicommerce is probably the worst software in this space I have seen.

Software is excellent for inventory management and order processing from single point if you know the all functionalities of the software. Over all customer upport is GOOD.

While digital dependancy is increasing, so is the risk of tech-failures. Whilst this has been rare, there are certain cases where in delay/lag in inventory syncing has caused a few roadblocks.
