I also like that you can customize the color of the theme based on what you like. I also like that it is well organized into different categories so it is easier to find what you are looking for.
I also dislike that some of the categories in a patient's chart are confusing if you don't know what they are.
The customer service is fantastic. The software is so easy to use & is user friendly.
Costing us much more in payroll hours and employee frustration. We have had two people from our billing office (who have been here for many years) threaten to quit, which would be disastrous.
If I have any issues or questions, their customer service/technicians are super friendly and quick to assist.

Inferior training prior to implementation. Processes are much more time consuming and cumbersome than with our prior practice management software.

They are always very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. In addition, they are up to date with the government mandates, such as PQRS, Meaningful Use, and ICD-10.
I also dislike the lack of updates, protection and security for the system and the increase in fees.
I would also like to point out a very important factor is that the support staff is remarkable. We never have to wait for assistance.
If they can't assist at that minute, they call back within one hour. If it is a major problem, they accommodate at all times.
We have been using DRS since late 2003 and are still very happy with the outcomes. Their customer service is great, and someone is always there to answer questions that might arise.
I can't think of anything negative that comes to mind. We are totally satisfied customers.
