Scan123 vs Google Docs: Which is a better fit?

Scan123 has been a great addition to the business with the ability to keep all of our invoices and other documents in a secure place while being able to keep track of them easy and efficiently.

A little difficult to get the repeated folders used to pop back up to choose them instead of having to go through file explorer.

Scan123 is an easy to use platform. We can train our Recruiters in an afternoon and feel comfortable that they will have all the information and knowledge that is needed to use Scan123 successfully.

Sometimes when saving an incorrect key is hit by mistake and finding it to correct is not easy. I'd like to be able to search for the last items uploaded that way I'm not wasting time looking for it.

Tech support has been amazing helpful. Happy to have the great support.

And believe me they would let me know if there is a problem.

They answer me the same day usually and if it's late, they get back to me in the morning. They are helpful and a real pleasure to talk to.

I can call and if I leave a message the response is usually within the hour.

I adore how simple it is to use and how seamlessly file sharing is included. The product's quality is excellent considering its price.

It's difficult to utilize if your internet connection is poor or unstable. You likewise need to keep the Google Drive tidy or you can end up with loads of futile untitled reports in your documents.

What I like most about google docs is that it allows me to organize information, notes, records, and more in an easy and seamless manner. I also likes that it integrates onto different devices.

The problems begun with missing functions (bookmarks and referencing them), missing formatting and image placing.

What I love about google docs is the ease of storing documents in the cloud that can be accessed, edited, and shared anywhere at anytime. I also love that there is no cost.

Sometimes I find when I am using the program it often lags a little when I end up typing too fast, which can sometimes also cause the webpage to crash, which is a little disappointing.

If you already familiar with other Google's software, using Google Docs will be an easy transition. It is really easy simple, quite good accessible and have user friendly interface.

When my internet is bad, it get stuck and I can’t type anymore. When you live in the mountains thats frustrated sometimes.
