Scan123 has been a great addition to the business with the ability to keep all of our invoices and other documents in a secure place while being able to keep track of them easy and efficiently.
A little difficult to get the repeated folders used to pop back up to choose them instead of having to go through file explorer.
Scan123 is an easy to use platform. We can train our Recruiters in an afternoon and feel comfortable that they will have all the information and knowledge that is needed to use Scan123 successfully.
Sometimes when saving an incorrect key is hit by mistake and finding it to correct is not easy. I'd like to be able to search for the last items uploaded that way I'm not wasting time looking for it.

The ability to collaborate and share specific documents or full folders is fantastic. The amount of storage for free is fantastic and if you need more space the price is affordable.
I was using thumb drives and external hard drives to store my files to have access to them on the go, but they always fail at some point and if I didn't have a back up copy the files were lost.
The software is very good as it has the signature Google interface which means everything is very understandable and intuitive. It integrates wonderfully with the rest of Google's ecosystem.
The only trouble I've had with Google Drive has to do with the windows software which has caused me some problems.
Google drive is extremely easy to use, their collaborations features are amazing, the fact that everything is immediately saved on the cloud is the best.
I hate the lack of file organization. It looks like a mess and difficult to find documents.
As part of Google products, Drive is a must for everyone's work and personally. Outstanding and even giving you free storage which you can enlarge if you want and when you need to.
As with all Google products: bad support, lack of continuous improvements, lack of basic features, and horrible UI for the advanced features.
Diego: My name is Diego, and I work with Youth With A Mission. We're 16 people on staff, and my rating on Google Drive is a four. We use Google Drive to share documents, share information with each other, follow up on projects or specific tasks that we have. So Google Drive is very useful for that purpose. Yeah, I love Google Drive because it allows us to connect with each other. Very easy. It's super easy to navigate, so I think Google Drive is very... There's different apps within or different interfaces within Google Drive that you're able to share documents, and it makes it easy just to work together as a team. One thing I wish that Google Drive would have is... just so it's more compatible with Office documents, like Word and Excel. I know there's their versions in Google, but I wish there's an easy way to make those compatible, easier to navigate. And I also wish there would be maybe plans of storage that are a little bit cheaper. Sometimes they can be a little expensive, but other than that, Google Drive is very useful.
