We have been using this software for seven years and have been very impressed with it. Each version gets better and better and it is a must-have in our company.
Concept is good, but the frustration of having to do a password reset every time highlights to me that the software itself is weak. What else is not working right.
The software fully integrates into all of Microsoft's suites which is ideal for collaboration. The ability to use PowerAutomate to customise and make other work easy is just brilliant.
Sometimes it feels a little glitchy, things don't work, have to retry, etc. And the glitches are sporadic so they are hard to trace.
I recommend this solution for companies who are running on Azure and using all the Microsoft suite as the integration is superb and completely transparent to the end-user.
Sometimes there's a delay loading the web pages or opening documents.
The interface for Qorus Breeze is very intuitive and user friendly. Finding pieces of content is quick and easy, and the ability to collaborate with team members within documents is a great feature.
The only con is that at times some of our users have difficulty locating content, but that may be more on the sheer volume of content we maintain in the tool.
As they say, you'll close your proposals and save a lot of time in the process. I'm very happy with their team as well, they helped me on a few ocassions and are very responsive.
It's just a little bit awkward. I only played around with it before I got somewhat frustrated and confused with some of the things.
Saves me a lot of time with the clear and intuitive interface, the support team is very responsive and helpful. A great piece of software that will not break your bank.
The absence of smartphone app for the product, and the lack of templates.
Trust me people, you have to try this and decide for yourself, but I can guarantee that most of you will love.
I didn't understand the connect button that is to the right of the toolbar. Also, the search content library search bar was annoying because there was nothing in the content library.
I was impressed with the simplicity of the product and the sole goal that the product focused on. I am thinking now making it a essential part within my digital toolkits.
However, I don't see any particular cons in a way that they degrade the tool, or reduce its business value in any way.
