Ease of use and support were great. The feature set they have is great as well.
Then, when we went to cancel, they made ridiculous claims about how we were locked in for another year. No one responds to messages, I had to call multiple times and insist someone speak to me.
Using call tracking, figuring out the ROI of our campaigns is even easier. Customer service, in my experience, has been fantastic.
Our needs changed and we found a different product for our needs. They were absolutely horrible about handling the porting of our old numbers.
I researched a few other call tracking solutions and all were better and cheaper.
I deal with a lot of vendors, and I don't make this comment lightly: Dialogtech's customer service is one of the worst I've seen in my career.
Great for tracking phone calls / leads from your marketing efforts. Can record and manage all aspects of calling system / voice mail / messaging and more.
I was on a month to month contract and after you cancel they will charge you for 2 more months. They also charge for porting phone numbers.
User interface is excellent. The dialer is great, fast, secure, stable, easy to use, efficient, and has excellent features.
Some time my clients complaint that they are trying incoming IVR no and they are not able to connect bcoz its show switch off.
In terms of stability, It is very good and a feature-rich platform...has great customer support and its account managers and relationship managers are helpful.
Appears as SPAM often which causes drop-offs and people don't pick up calls.
So far so good, hoping it remains the way it is as of now.
Then multiple changes in pricing and agreed offering ruined the experience.
Quality of Services they are offering in less pricing. When you need any help or support you can contact any time.
Also the integration options with other tools are available, but seems to be limited for the time being. No major concerns so far.
