MaxContact is a cloud contact centre software provider used by sales, customer service, support and debt collection teams in organisations large & small. Suitable for large and growing teams.
Ease of use and support were great. The feature set they have is great as well.
Then, when we went to cancel, they made ridiculous claims about how we were locked in for another year. No one responds to messages, I had to call multiple times and insist someone speak to me.
Using call tracking, figuring out the ROI of our campaigns is even easier. Customer service, in my experience, has been fantastic.
Our needs changed and we found a different product for our needs. They were absolutely horrible about handling the porting of our old numbers.
I researched a few other call tracking solutions and all were better and cheaper.
I deal with a lot of vendors, and I don't make this comment lightly: Dialogtech's customer service is one of the worst I've seen in my career.
Great for tracking phone calls / leads from your marketing efforts. Can record and manage all aspects of calling system / voice mail / messaging and more.
I was on a month to month contract and after you cancel they will charge you for 2 more months. They also charge for porting phone numbers.
Also the webinars and industry meeting they host are a great benefit that I'd encourage anyone to take advantage of.
In the past when the system has been down it has affected the business across all campaigns and in return affected the clients and agents costing the business a significant loss of revenue.
