Ease of use and support were great. The feature set they have is great as well.
Then, when we went to cancel, they made ridiculous claims about how we were locked in for another year. No one responds to messages, I had to call multiple times and insist someone speak to me.
Using call tracking, figuring out the ROI of our campaigns is even easier. Customer service, in my experience, has been fantastic.
Our needs changed and we found a different product for our needs. They were absolutely horrible about handling the porting of our old numbers.
I researched a few other call tracking solutions and all were better and cheaper.

Great for tracking phone calls / leads from your marketing efforts. Can record and manage all aspects of calling system / voice mail / messaging and more.
I was on a month to month contract and after you cancel they will charge you for 2 more months. They also charge for porting phone numbers.
Impressed with how easy it was to set up a call center with MyOperator and map all our team members on it. And loved their IVR and parrel call handling the most.
Sms and call campaign/marketing options are not available on the fly. Some hidden charges should have been restricted by default.

Initially have some conflicts regarding package given by company and its charges, i also paid some amount for which i havent even started the number. Hence converted from 2 year to 1 year.
MyOperator is one of the best cloud telephony solution. The chrome plug in very useful, can completely avoid the complexity to build integrations that too with systems that does not have proper APIs.
That it is somewhat difficult to understand the concept and also during the demo given still a person will be clueless on how to operate it.
