WPS Office vs Microsoft Excel: Which is a better fit?

Before I was using WPS I was using Google Docs and Microsoft Office, and it wasn't working for me before because Google Docs does not have much features, and Microsoft Office was too expensive for my organization. So I chose to use WPS and it has all of the features that I needed. I chose WPS Office because my organization would like to cut the cost of spending on Microsoft products while using all of the features that are available. Using WPS Office was hard at the beginning because it only have three software available, the spreadsheet, the writer and the presentation. It's not as much as Microsoft Office, but it has all of the features enough to use, so it's the same as Microsoft Office. The only thing is I have to train my staff more on how to use it. I recommend getting the WPS Office because the advice I would give is to have the staff getting used to it first before deploying the WPS for your business on every computer. And make sure to train the staff to use some of the features on there, such as clicking around and using all of the Office, using all of the tools, before you actually implement everything on the employees computers.

And I would give a rating of five to Microsoft Excel, especially as a student. Okay. I use Microsoft Excel to keep track of long list of certain items at work. But on a personal level, I also use it to markup graphs and then keep track of data and then be able to analyze the data in certain ways. The thing I like most about Microsoft is the macros. You can run certain... To make schedules to basically highlight specific data in the data set, and then you could basically mark it up different colors. So let's say you're making a work schedule for different people, it tells you what's available, who's not available, and stuff like that. I think the only thing I really dislike in Microsoft Excel is initially it's pretty hard to get used to all the commands and stuff because, really, you kind of have to figure it on yourself. I mean, you could go through YouTube and stuff like that, but it is a pretty in-depth software, so you kind of have to know what you're doing. And then sometimes if you don't know what you're doing, you can mess up an entire data set and you're trying to figure out what went wrong and stuff like that.
