The #1 roofing app making contractors heroes. “This is f$&%ing awesome!” —Dave R. Run marketing, sales, production, billing, and communication—all in one app. Highest-rated mobile app (4.8 stars).
Built exclusively for small to large-sized residential home improvement remodelers and contractors. The solution helps effectively manage leads, sales, marketing, quoting, appointments, and more.
It is ultra user friendly and easy to customize any feature that you want and I appreciate that they are always looking to make updates in improve functionality.
TERRIBLE mobile apps (IOS & Android). It's so bad our field guys have resorted to opening the desktop version on their browsers.
I love how easily customize-able the platform is for my specific needs from the CRM. I have used many CRMs and nimbus hands down is the best priced and offers the best functionality.
They must do some type of maintnence monthly because all of the syncing functions fail to work one weekend a month. They do not tell you when its going to be and play stupid when you enquire about it.
The support in customizing it to fulfill our needs was great. I like almost everything about it.
I absolutely hate how difficult it is to actually set the date and time for a lead appointment with the mobile app.
I have been using it for just over a month and am very confident in my ability to use most the features. Tech support was also very helpful with the few questions I have had thus far and speedy.
It was very difficult to customize and very wiggy. It did not integrate with our other software very well.
I like the ability to customize the software to best fit our needs.
When they finally said "we can't do this" I was deep in the hole. My sales rep and his manager left the company and the relationship just fell apart as no one took ownership of my problem.
The more information I put into 360 the more information I get out and that helps me run reports I can use to help us make better day to day decisions.
It is pretty limited with it's follow up options for the sales reps once a sale has been made. The HTML emails look terrible, so I send everything in plain text.
After several years, I was able to be made whole for the money we committed to the implementation. We have plenty of colleagues that use the I360 platform and have had great results.
The delays mounted and I had to pay my monthly fees while we waited on implementation.
The support team is wonderful. They are prompt and most of the time can get problems or challenges resolved in a very short timeframe.
Not easy to figure out how to customize the product. The process was very aggrevating and difficult to achieve exactly what we needed.
Kilisha B: My name is Kilisha. I am a production manager at a roofing company, and I would give JobNimbus a four out of five. On a day-to-day basis, I use JobNimbus for scheduling jobs, ordering materials, writing notes to my teammates. So a lot of the times, we just order all our materials straight through JobNimbus to our suppliers, which is very helpful. And as well as notifying our teammates of what's going on, and it also sends out automations to our homeowners as well to help with our schedules, sending out our schedules. Things that I like about JobNimbus. I love that it syncs to Google Calendars, since we do work a lot out of our Google Calendar. I like that we're able to edit things in JobNimbus and it automatically corrects it in our JobNimbus ... I mean, in our Google Calendars, and also the fact that we can set tasks and reminders through JobNimbus that also notify us through our email, so you have that double notification reminder. A few negative things about JobNimbus is the fact that sometimes ordering through JobNimbus can be a little tricky. Things don't sync correctly, and then sometimes getting a hold of customer service can be a little bit of a problem or they're a little delayed, which kind of slows down the production for work.
