It is easy for our centre managers to use and manage their day to day business in the centre. Support for the product is easily accessed if needed and friendly support people to help solve problems.
The application is very easy to use and very friendly and I’m so happy to use it for my 2 children. The price is great and affordable.
What I dislike is that I am unable to see my kids’ checkin times or what their CURRENTLY doing, until the day is over the report is final.

It can be difficult sometimes if parents have several applications they are connected to. The messages can get lost and not be noticed as easily.
The technical support is amazing and we were able to help push through the "parent sign in" feature that supported us through changing state regulations.

Problems that we're solving using HiMama is the ability to check in on your child while they're at daycare to get helpful updates and access to helpful webinars from the industry. So what I like most about HiMama is the ability get updates about your child, such as photos and activities that they're engaging with while they're in school. I also like the ability to track the activities they're doing such as taking naps and get updates on things like diaper changes and potty breaks. One thing I would change about HiMama are the notification previews, it's helpful to get updates without having to actually open the app and use the preview notifications to get the full update.
