RecDesk vs MyRec.com: Which is a better fit?

There was seamless integration, and extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive help staff from the beginning of the process to present.

The only con is one that any program would struggle with. We have 7 different municipalities within our school district and residents are charged a certain rate and non residents a different rate.

When creating programs, its frustrating to have to keep saving on every tab and also every individual date that it added.

Seeking a highlighted option to perhaps get you to where you want to go is at time frustrating. The option of cancelling a program does not exist and refunding registrants is cumbersome.

Great value and ease of use. The fact that there was no extra costs for set-up and implementation was amazing.

I feel that the software is not the easiest to train new staff to use. Also, many of our families struggle to set up there account by themselves.
