Still have a problem with many not seeing the submit button...when that screen pops up the submit button is not visible. Have talked with other ADs as well about this...continues to be an issue.
Family ID is very user friendly and have not heard anything but positive feedback from coaches and parents. Also, the support service is fantastic.
No more losing documents or excuses like " I turn it in. Coaches cannot say they didn't know the athletes forms were not turned in.
Reports are very helpful and internal fields are great. I like the emails sent reminding parents and myself about information.
