Designed for parks and recreation departments as well as independent sports associations across the country, it assists in automating game scheduling, defining teams, allocating coaches, and more.
I love having a picture posted for every program, ability to create custom forms, and all the different options for shelter rentals is amazing.
When we started using the software in 2015 there were a lot of glitches and some of the applications were hard to utilize properly. One of our biggest problems was with printing rosteres in Firefox.
My overall experience with MyRec.com has been super positive and has been one of the best decisions of my career to do.
More than once I have called to say, "I'm stuck and don't even know quite how to put this into words..." and they have figured out where I had trouble and helped me find solutions.
The ease of the software if wonderful, it is very user friendly for staff as well as the public.
Seeking a highlighted option to perhaps get you to where you want to go is at time frustrating. The option of cancelling a program does not exist and refunding registrants is cumbersome.
Great value and ease of use. The fact that there was no extra costs for set-up and implementation was amazing.
I feel that the software is not the easiest to train new staff to use. Also, many of our families struggle to set up there account by themselves.
Their customer service is exceptionally outstanding. Susan and Theresa treat you like old friends; and they are both very helpful when you have a question or don't know how to do something.
There are currently no features that I dislike about Jarvis.
Simplicity; reports; rosters; Customer support is awesome; mass emailing & text messaging capability is great feature.
I am not able to give you negative comments. I am trying to give you suggestions for bettering your program software.
We are a very small municipality and could not afford rec software. Jarvis is super easy and takes care of our basic needs.
Overall, very little do I dislike. When parents have to set up their account & sign up their kiddo, it involves several steps.
It is cost effective and works for our program registrations and our athletic programs. I like that our students can be checked in and out for programs at our facility as well.
Reconciliation of authorize.net is not always accurate. There are no other concerns with the system at the present time.
