iSpring Learn vs Go1: Which is a better fit?

I love the look and feel of the characters. The emotional meter is fun and helps set the tone for the lesson.

I struggle with the use of authoring tool, especially for develop quizzes, even after watching the tutorial video several times. I know I still have to learn.).

The customer service response is amazing and is very critical to me. Very often, I need a solution right away and the tech support have been very creative when helping find a solution.

Custom user profile fields limited (only list and email, no checkbox). No easy option to enable google/linked in SSO.

I wanted to give a particular mention to [sensitive content hidden] who has been an outstanding customer success lead throughout the process and made deployment an easy process.

So far, I can't say there's anything negative about iSpring Learn. It's been too easy to work with to say anything bad about it.

Easy to use and wonderful conversion from power point, with a lot of friendly features like animation and videos.

There are some facilities that apply for courses but no for Learning Paths, i.e Due Dates.

My colleagues love the content and ease of access, nano, and micro learning are really taking off and that is largely due to the excellent content that we can get from Go1.

There is not much which I dislike about them but one thing I really hate that when it comes to requesting them to add custom content it become nightmare.

Great - my customer service manager is the best and always available with a smile when I need assistance.

Search functionality can be difficult in the investment management space. Only a few content providers with the expertise.

The user interface is very friendly, easy to use. What I really like is the wide range of courses covering a wide range of topics which has been very helpful for me and my team for upskilling.

These are the things which i don't like much about Go1:-Price can be little expensive of some large size business.all features are not available in same plan.

The course management helps to improve proficiency in the field that we are trying to improve. The user interface is attractive and very easy to use.

Also, the professional development courses must be curated as per customized user need and should be made available in lower costing for its maximum utilization.
