Docebo serves organizations across every industry and use case and is an especially good fit for medium-to-large organizations looking to train multiple learning audiences from a single platform.
From small businesses to large corporations, regulated industries, nonprofits, and government agencies, organizations of all sizes and types use Tovuti for employee, partner, and customer training.
It has great administrative capabilities for reporting and managing hierarchies, very cool gamification elements, and solid performance and support.
The admin options for staff are limited. As a student I did not face any problem other than the fact the customizing options are limited.
This is the strongest advantage of this platform and its true competitive advantage - Lot of options for personnalization within the platform - Good reporting - Very quick customer service.
We found their response time to be horrible and their responses were unsatisfactory.
This solved many admin headaches like backup and reporting. The support we received to massage our data and get that successfully migrated was fantastic.
It was extremely haphazard with no real direction. We got spreadsheets of tasks but those were abandoned by our implementation person early.
I like the ease of use and how fast it is to implement. Docebo was a very good solution for smaller businesses.
Response time can be frustrating. Our platform can be slow sometimes.
I really appreciate the personalization of the software to my organizations' needs and the ease of toggles to turn on and off the desired features.
I was unable to identify any negative aspects of Tovuti.
Tovuti also provides useful analytics that you can personalise your progress reports around to help monitor both a learner’s progress and the business’ development.
The templates to customize the site for our look and feel were limited.
I've had a fantastic experience with Tovuti. There is the perfect amount of support, everything is well explained when it is updated or launched, and the system is truly very simple to use.
It also takes some time to be able to understand all features and use them properly. No windows app so must use via Browser.
I was very impressed start to finish with this product. Ease of use, content creation, tremendous UI...very impressive.
In user mode, I find it difficult to navigate within a lesson without using the browser back button. I cannot select a font style when entering text in the Columns mode.
Dave K.: Hi, my name is Dave. I'm the Director of Technical Learning at a small engineering and manufacturing company, and my rating for Docebo would be a 5. In terms of learning management systems, the main thing we had used before was Paylocity, and there the learning management system is really kind of an add-on, it's not their core functionality. So we felt better using a product that was actually totally designed to be a learning management system, and that was its primary function. So we looked around at a couple of different options, but quickly decided that Docebo was going to be the best thing for our current size, but also for scaling up as we grow. We mainly chose Docebo just because it seemed really easy to get started. It had a pretty low barrier to entry, so we were able to get a full learning management system up and running quickly. And then it also seemed like it would be able to scale as our number of users grew, their pricing model and just their scalability was pretty flexible so that it would be good for us when we were a small company, and then it would be good as we grew to a larger company and had a larger customer base using it. So those were kind of the two things, like ease of entry and scalability. The third thing would be, I liked how it was we could white label things so we could make the environment look like what we want it to look like, and it looks like our company, instead of looking like some sort of third party thing that we would be kicking our customers over to use. Onboarding was really good and easy. We got a specialist from Docebo to help us over the course of several weeks, and it was very structured and they gave us homework each week so that by the end of the six-week process we would have a working system with courses, and users, and notifications and all those features set up. So they did a really good job of walking us through that. I would have them consider just what their goals are, what features they want to use, and the onboarding team with Docebo will help them. If they have a plan ahead of time for what they want the platform to do. It's quite flexible, so the Docebo team should be able to help them achieve those goals. But I think it's just good to think about it ahead of time and think, how do you want this to work? Because that way you can plan your onboarding and plan your build a little bit better and end up with what you want at the end rather than sort of making it up as you go along.
Andy: Hi, my name's Andy. I work in the manufacturing industry. I'm the technical training manager and I give Tovuti a five out of five. Before we started using Tovuti, we were just doing all in-person trainings and we'd gather in large groups, traditional presentation with PowerPoint. Before we selected Tovuti, we looked at actually, I believe, it was nine different LMS software companies. There are a lot of great options out there, but Tovuti really put together the flexibility and the price point that we were looking for. Some of the other applications were much more expensive, although full featured, and some of them were either cheap or less expensive and lacked a lot of the features, so Tovuti was kind of that sweet spot right in the middle. The reason we ended up going and choosing Tovuti was because of quite a few reasons, but the price point was excellent with the number of users we were looking at. The ability to have full white label capabilities so that we weren't logging people into Tovuti website. We were logging them into our company's website, which was using the backend of Tovuti. The ability to integrate with our CRM was also critical and the ability that we could, over time, set up multiple sites. If we wanted to set up an internal training site, external training site, or even if we wanted to set up individual training sites for every single dealer that worked with our company, we would have that capability. One of my favorite features was the ability to do online training, which is critical nowadays, but also to have breakout rooms within the virtual training classroom so we could do a training for a larger group, break out into smaller discussion groups, and then automatically rejoin those groups back into the main group. The onboarding process with Tovuti was really very simple. They really let us guide how quick we needed to integrate and onboard, and they provided the support as needed. The setup, basic setup was done by Tovuti and then all the advanced setup was done by us. It really was a pretty streamlined and easy process. Integrating into our other, our CRM and other apps, they utilize Zapier and while it takes a little bit to get used to, once you understand how to set up those apps, it really isn't bad. We had everything up and running at least for a test platform within a couple of days and we were fully functional within a month. If you're looking at getting Tovuti, I would recommend that if you have the need to do both virtual training, as well as plan and track instructor led trainings in person, Tovuti is an excellent platform for that. It has a lot of different abilities to tie in with different platforms you might be using. While there may be some other tools out there that do the same job, the people at Tovuti are very helpful, very responsive, and something that I would definitely highly recommend going with, or at least spending some time to talk with the representatives.
