The customer service with Skyprep has been amazing, they have made several suggested improvements for me quickly and are always there to help answer questions or support how I am using the system.
Enrolling large groups of people needs to be done in 500 people groupings. Otherwise, no other cons.
I enjoy the ability to integrate with SSO and the ability to build out a variety of curricula depending on the job title. It's nice to also have the ability to upload content in several formats.
They might intend only to "review the completed course" but they can hit the wrong button and disrupt their own accounts by accident.
